Shipping policy

Customers will be responsible for paying the required shipping fees. Any US order over $60 will be shipped for free. 

Once your order is placed, processing will take around 2-7 days (excluding delivery time). You'll received an email with shipping details once processing is finalized. If you haven't received your order after 30 days, please file a missing package report with the designated courier using the tracking details provided. 

Please, double check your shipping address before placing an order. If shipping address is incorrect and the package was delivered to the address on the order, Immortal Daydream Studio is not responsible to replace the order.
